Buffalo Building Inspector Toby Rhoades told the city council at their last meeting he has been working on the plumbing issue at Crazy Woman Square, trying to get the contractor and/or supplier to step up on replacement of the fixtures in the bathrooms.
The fixtures were supposed to be stainless steel but have begun to rust, prompting the city to contact the companies to replace them under warranty.
Rhoades said 120 of 170 non-electrical contractors have renewed their licenses so far this year.
A contractor has submitted two sets of blueprints for his inspection on new construction at Buffalo Ridge Subdivision.
City Attorney Ben Kirven updated the council on the status of the south water line replacement project.
The project is expected to go to bid as soon as easements for it are secured.
