Author Retells How Her Rapist Was Convicted After 20 Years

The author of “One Voice Raised: A Triumph Over Rape,” appeared on Public Pulse, Monday, on Newstalk 930 with Host Kim Love to tell the story of how the man who raped her was convicted after 20 years.

Jennifer Wheatley-Wolf said after she was raped by a stranger in 1988, she struggled with depression and addiction for years.

Over the course of 20 years, the case went cold several times until forensic science and legal developments enabled the rapist to be convicted. Wheatley-Wolf talks about how she gathered courage to face her attacker after all those years.
