Saturday morning, Janelle Gray, owner of Landon's, shared her wit and wisdom about getting started growing your own vegetables. She shares these tidbits for the beginner gardener.
Gardening is a practice and when you really do it, that's when you learn. Learning from the wisdom of the more experienced and reading gardening books also helps. Gray shares some of her favorite veggies that are easy to grow.
About 30 interested gardeners were on hand. Part of the workshop focused on small space gardening techniques. Easy on the back and easy to weed, Gray explains the benefits.
Interest in gardening is growing.
