The Affordable Care Act was a common theme throughout day one of the legislative forum Wednesday in Sheridan. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter was there and has the report.
A handful of local agencies expressed concerns over the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Representative Rosie Berger says that a lot of questions remain as to what the overall impact will be moving forward.
Berger said that despite the state having an increase on investment returns, legislators will remain conservative during the budget session.
The latest figures available show that Wyoming's investments were at $17.6 billion. The 2014 budget session will convene in Cheyenne, Monday, February 10th with the joint session of the legislature and the State of the State Address.
