49-year-old Anthony L. Modkins of Texas died in a one-truck accident Monday night on US 14 in Sheridan County, according to the Wyoming Highway Patrol. The crash occurred at about 9:20 pm eighteen miles west of Ranchester.
Wyoming Highway Patrol Sergeant Stephen Townsend explains the events of the crash.
Modkins' tractor trailer combination was hauling a load of bentonite for commercial trucking company All Road Services.
