Close to 400 folks showed up for the 2nd annual Freedomfest held behind the Sheridan Rec. District building at the old Woodland Park School. Sheridan Rec. District Dale Boedeker
There was something for everyone of every age to enjoy, and the best part, it was all free.
In addition to the pie, watermelon, and mini corn dog eating contests, there was one event that drew a lot of attention and that was the mud volleyball competition. Tony Garber was sitting in the stands and gives us his take on the games.
And why wasn't he out there in the game?
The Sheridan Rec. District hopes to make this an annual event.
