Ruby Appointed Johnson County Special Prosecutor

Johnson County Attorney Kenneth DeCock put in a request to the county commissioners to appoint Attorney Tucker Ruby as a Special Prosecutor for Johnson County.

Buffalo Police Report Given To City Council

Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder gave his report to the city council, saying there were 1,057 incidents in the city in November and 3,292 total phone calls handled by dispatch during the month.

Prior to a pre-trial conference in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan Thursday for 37-year-old Arapaho Oldman, a motion for a bond reduction filed by defense attorney Angela Long was denied by District Court Judge John Fenn. Oldman is charged with felony domestic battery.
