The Susie Bowling Lawrence Hospice at the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo had their annual Turkey Trot Thanksgiving morning, with upwards of 100 people braving the cold temperatures to participate in the 5K fun run and walk.
The Sheridan Senior Center will be providing a free Thanksgiving Lunch today according to Carmen Rideout, the Center’s Executive Director. She said they will be accepting donations for the sponsor, but it is not required.

Sheridan Fire and Rescue was paged to a report of a gas leak in the construction area next to Sheridan Memorial Hospital late Wednesday afternoon. According to Captain Gary Harnish, there were no injuries.
