The announcement came during this week's city council meeting, when Mayor Randy Dyess announced that Buffalo City Clerk Julie Silbernagel had earned the designation of “Certified Municipal Clerk” from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, or IIMC.
Earlier this week, Ramaco, LLC, announced that through its Brook Creek Mining Company, LLC subsidiary, a mine and reclamation permit has been filed with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the development of the Brook Mine in Sheridan County.
The University of Wyoming has created and printed 5,000 copies of a new “Wyoming Student Atlas” that is being distributed to all school districts throughout the state. Jeff Hamerlinck directs the University’s Geographic Information Science Center.
