Sheridan County received only one bid for the re-roofing of the Sheridan County Sheriff's Office. The lone bid came from Lowe Roofing out of Gillette in the amount of $109,000, which was approved by the County Commissioners despite it being almost $15,000 higher than the architect's estimate.

The Sheridan County Commissioners Tuesday approved a contract with O'Dell Construction to install security upgrades to the Sheridan County Courthouse. Sheridan County Administrative Director Renee' Obermueller says that the project will consist of upgrading the security of the Historic Courthouse.

The Sheridan City Council barely got settled into their seats before the meeting came to an end Monday night as the meeting lasted just under 5 minutes. The Council did award the bid for the Big Goose Clearwell Project in the amount of of $2.6 million to COP Wyoming, LLC of Sheridan.
