There are some who pine for fewer feral cats, but that's not what the Johnson County Commissioner's had on their mind when they made their case to our legislative delegation. Sheridan Media's Betsy Love has the story:
It is not feral cats the Commissioner's railed about, but instead, feral yaks:

However, what should be done about the feral yaks and other “non-standard” livestock, he says:
Perhaps only in Wyoming would you hear of a problem with “yaks gone wild.” Or, of course, a few places like Mongolia and Russia, where yaks are naturally found.

Yaks
Interesting story but it doesn't tell where these feral yaks are. Johnson County is huge so that isn't much of a clue. I didn't even know yaks were anywhere around here.
