We are the Native American Women Warriors color guard. We are the first all female Native American color guard. We proudly and gratefully represent the Crow, Navajo, Northern Cheyenne and Northern Arapaho Nations. We are all U.S. Army veterans.

Mitchell Paul Pinder

Mitchell Paul Pinder born Sheridan Wyoming He joined the Navy in 1992. He had numerous deployments, fought many wars and traveled to many places and countries. He had celebrated his 17 years in the service in 2009.

We thank him for protecting and serving our country and making it a safer place to live.

MSgt (Retired) Chris L. Dempsey

Chris Dempsey served for 20 years in the Air Force as a Security Forces, Manpower and Personnel Specialist. He entered the service in May 1992 and retired in June 2012. He was stationed in South Dakota, Montana, and North Carolina. He was deployed numerous times to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, Bosnia and finishing his career with a year in Afghanistan.

SGT. Brantz is serves with the 1st calvary division-2nd brigade-C troop. Patrick is stationed in Killeen Tx with his wife Kathy and one son Brayden. He graduated from Sheridan Highschool in 2004. He is presently serving his third tour in Iraq.

Paul Lupton

Paul Lupton

Chief Warrant Officer Lupton is still serving 26 years after he entered the WY ARNG in Sheridan in 1987 at age 17. He entered active duty with the US Army in 1990 and served in DESERT STORM, peacekeeping duty in Bosnia, and ENDURING FREEDOM. He has most recently served overseas in US Embassies on four continents in Uzbekistan, Australia, Ghana, and Greece.

Ralph J. Vaccaro

Ralph J. Vaccaro

Ralph was born Sept.1902 and enlisted in the USMC at Parris Is.,while in his teens. He served in what was called the "Banana Wars", with Expeditionary Forces in Nicaragua and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He enlisted in the USMC Reserves twice, once in San Diego, and again in NJ. In 1942, he enlisted in the USMC in active service, becoming a sharpshooter and serving as an MP until his discharge in 1946.

Randy Sundquist

Randy Sundquist

Randy has served his country with honor. He fought first as a Marine in Vietnam and later went on to join the Army and then the National Guard where he retired after fighting in Iraq.

He now lives in Ranchester with his wife, Florence. They have three children and he is a wonderful grandfather to seven grandchildren.

PFC Raymond Fredrick Regelin, 306 Infantry, 77 Division, Sheridan, Wyoming was killed at The Battle of Leyte Philippines on 8 December 1944. He was born March 22, 1925.

Alton Miller is a disabled veteran of the war in Iraq. He performs with a hearing impairment, losing most of his hearing in explosions while serving in OIF 1, 2 and part of 3.

Ryan Franklin

Ryan Franklin

AT3 Ryan Franklin -Served 1990-1994 US Navy during Desert Storm and Desert Shield. Made two Cruses onboard USS Ranger(CV-61) with VF-2 Bounty Hunters as an F-14 Avionics Tech, and Workups onboard USS Kittyhawk(CV-63). Stationed at NAS Miramar and NAS North Island.

S sgt. Brian D. Bland

Brian was born in Newcastle, Wy March 12, 1978. Joined the Marine Corp in 1996. Continued his career to become a Drill Instructor and along with his brothers, served in Falujah. In 2005 he was killed in a helicopter crash along with 31 of those brothers while heading to help with the election.
