Donnie graduated Tongue River HS in 2001 and the United States Air Force Academy in 2005 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Currently a Project Engineer with the 823rd Red Horse Squadron based at Hurlburt Field in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He has been deployed to Afghanistan with ISAF and twice with Red Horse.
Kate was born in Oct. 1908, joined the USMC on Dec. 7, 1943. She went to boot camp at New River & was stationed in VA, and "overseas" in the Territory of HI. Her duties were in accounting and payroll. She stayed in HI intil the end of the war, at which time, most of the Women Marines were shipped to Mare Island on the USS Solace for their return to D.C. She was discharged from the Corps in Nov.
I served three years in the Navy (1943-46). Basic training was in Fargut, ID. Navy schools in Michigan City, IN and Naval Research Lab in Washington CD Trained as a radio & radar technician.

Tulagi CVE72 (Mini aircraft carrier)serving in the Mediterranean and South Pacific in four major invasion campaigns: Southern France Invasion (8/14-15/1944) Battle for Leyte Gulf (10/22-27/1944) Invasion of Iwo Jima 2/19/1935) Invision of Okinowa (4/2/1945).
Born February 7, 1983. Served in the United States Marine Corps From Jan 2002 - Sept 2006. Two tours in Iraq. First tour was 2003 when the war started, and the second was in Fallujah in 2005-2006. Currently living in Dayton with wife and two kids. Working at the Sheridan VA Medical Center. SEMPER FI!!!!
Commander Tyler Harrison is deployed in Saudi Arabia for a one year your. Tyler was born in Sheridan, graduated from high school in Cheyenne. Immediately after graduation he enlisted in the Coast Guard and served as an enlisted man for eight years.
Debralee served in the Army from November 1973 to February 1977. She served overseas in Germany with the Army Security Agency and in Fort Hood, Texas. She currently works for the VA Medical Center in Sheridan still proudly serving veterans.
Lt. Erin (Donovan) Kerr serves the US as a Navy Nurse currently stationed at 29 Palms, California. She is the daughter-in-law of Jim & Sandi Kerr of Sheridan.
Athletics: High School - All-State football, basketball and track. University of South Dakota – Lettered 4 years in basketball and track. Held the University of South Dakota discuss record for 40 plus years. Played semi pro team – Sioux City “All Stars”.
Jerry was in the United States Army Air Force from
April 8, 1943 until March 16, 1946 where he served as an airplane mechanic in Mobile, Alabama, South Pacific, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Tinian, and Kwajalein.
