Firefighters work to extinguish the forest fire in Guernsey State Park in Southeast Wyoming. The fire is now 95 percent contained.

Sheridan Media took home nine awards from the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters convention over the weekend in Gillette.

During the recently concluded Wyoming State High School Track and Field Championships in Casper, Sheridan's Aspen Frey and Big Horn's Matthew Wigglesworth came out on top.
