Big Horn Rams

On Saturday afternoon elbow and knee pads should have been part of the uniform when the hometown Big Horn Lady Rams met the Lovell Lady Bulldogs. It was a hard fought battle through all 4-rounds with the Lady Bulldogs coming out on top at the final buzzer 40 to 34. Lovell's Chayli McArthur led all scorers with 10-points while Big Horn's Gracie Goldhammer pumped in 9.

On Saturday afternoon if you suited up as a Big Horn Ram you played and when you played you scored. Ten Rams suited up and these five, Colter Carzoli, Deven Ibach, Max Lube, Mathew Hansen and Micheal Lamb, came off the bench to pump in a collective 26-points. These 26-points plus 40 from the starters blew away the Sundance Bulldogs 66 to 18.

On Saturday afternoon in Big Horn the Lady Rams capped off the week with another victory - this one in a win over the Sundance Lady Bulldogs by a score of 48 to 39.

Friday evening in Big Horn the #5 ranked Rams jumped on their cross-district rivals the Tongue River Eagles with 33 points to TR's 17 in the first quarter and never looked back as they cruised to a 82 to 58 win. On the far left Tanner Dockery gets two of his team high 20-points equalling the 20 put up by Big Horn's Colter Carzoli in the next frame to the right.

The No. 1 ranked Tongue River Lady Eagles went to Big Horn on Friday and notched another victory to go 11-0 on the season but the Big Horn Lady Rams made a game of it. Bailey Bard hit a two with 3:30 to go in the game to put Big Horn up 39 - 36 but then Jadyn Mirich and Gracie Goldhammer fouled out. Ranchester capitalized and pulled out a 45 to 41 victory.

On Friday evening it was first the Lady Rams over the Wright Lady Panthers 46 to 34 and then it was the Rams over the Panthers 71- 53 to complete the home sweep to start the new year. Hanneah Puckett led the Lady Rams with 13 points followed by 11 from Bailey Bard. For the Rams it was Matthew Wigglesworth with 20-points followed by Tony Mort with 14.

Big Horn Freshman Bailey Bard pumps in two of her 14-points to lead all scorers Thursday afternoon as the Lady Rams downed the Moorcroft Lady Wolves 52 to 32. It was the Lady Rams last game of the year and they came out strong and dominated the game.

These five Big Horn Rams: #22 Lucas Wollenman, #32 Tony Mort, #45 Kaul Eisele, #15 Colter Carzoli & #21 Mathew Wigglesworth pumped in 70 of the Rams 74 points with 16, 23, 6, 19 & 6 points respectively to down the Wind River Cougars 74 to 53 in first round action of the Foothills Classic on Friday.
