A landslide that occurred Tuesday caused the closure of US Highway 14/16/20 west of Cody at mile post seven for approximately eight hours. There were no injuries and the roadway was completely reopened just after midnight on Wednesday, July 16th.

Prior to Saturday's final rodeo performance the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Royalty for 2015 was announced and Sheridan's 21-year Bailie Van Leuven stepped forward to receive the hat tiera crown and rodeo queen sash before mounting her horse, Opie, for her first wave as the 2015 Sheridan WYO Rodeo Queen. Scroll down to see more of the royalty.

While there were certainly some good rides turned in by the bull riders during the four nights of Sheridan WYO Rodeo performances at the fairgrounds, the bulls seemed to have the upper hand each night of the rodeo.
