The theater district of Broadway New York and Broadway Center of Sheridan have more in common that what you may first think. Daniel (DannyLee) Hodnett, recently from Los Angeles and now with the Theater Faculty at Sheridan College appeared Tuesday on Public Pulse where he discussed the upcoming play "Helldrivers of Daytona" with Sheridan Media's Mary Jo Johnson.
At 3 pm Tuesday the snow was falling in Sheridan - a marked difference from the spring like weather of 24-hours earlier. The Sheridan area is under a Winter Weather Advisory until midnight Tuesday. Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are possible by late Tuesday and roads will likely become icy as temperatures drop well below freezing.
Sheridan turned out in large numbers for the Sunday matinee performance of "Hello, Dolly!" - the fourth of four performances. The Sue Henry Auditorium seats over 400 and every seat was filled with a highly appreciative spectator.
The Let'Er Buck Car Wash at 624 E. Brundage Lane in Sheridan opened its doors to the public on Saturday - and from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm it was free $12 washes at the clip of 105 per hour - to all. After turning south off Brundage Lane you make a long sweeping U-turn up to one of two dropped cross arms.
The Sheridan High School presentation of "Hello, Dolly!" in the Sue Henry Auditorium started a four performance run Thursday evening.
