On Tuesday SAGE opened the Sheridan Junior High School Art Extravaganza at the Sheridan College Main Street Campus location - 171 N. Main Street. A reception is scheduled for Thursday evening at 6:30 pm. with Tony Sawyer's Jr. High Choir participating. Among the types of art on display until April 29th are sheetrock carvings, pin hole photography, leather, acrylic, marker, oil and paper mosaic.

An artist reception for Dean States was held on Tuesday on the Mezzanine of the Sheridan County Fulmer Library. In case you missed it scroll down to see a sample of his works of art done in colored pencil. The exhibit will be in place until May so drop by and see what can be accomplished with a colored pencil.

This last Friday and Saturday April 1st and 2nd the Wesleyan Church held a conference. Eric and Leslie Ludy are a couple traveling the nation speaking on the topics of love, romance, the other gender, sex, and many other things similar. During the Conference they spoke about how they both had bad relationships until they let God lead them to whoever he wanted them to date.

On a cool, wet Thursday evening the Lady Broncs opened Conference soccer play at home on Scott Field against the Campbell County Camels. The Lady Broncs held the Camels to one goal in the first half thanks in part to defense like that shown here where Sheridan's goalie Jacey Repisis with help from #14 Afton Bateman successfully defended the kick by Gillette's Brittney Lacek.

Sitting in what could perhaps be the last major snowfall of the season the Ranch House on the Quarter Circle A Ranch that we commonly refer to as Bradford Brinton is in good hands and well kept as it approaches its 120-years of existence.

Graduation rates were among the topics discussed by the District 2 board at their annual retreat held Saturday at "The Ranch At Ucross."
