Snow returned to the Sheridan Area on Saturday night as evidenced by this scene on Bird Farm Road between Big Horn and the Equestrian Center. Our area can expect up to 6-inches of blowing snow before President's Day arrivers when it is expected to be mostly sunny.

The Tongue River Branch Library, located at 145 Coffeen in Ranchester, just completed a major expansion - from 2100 sqft to 4600 sqft at a cost of $212,000, which included $50,000 Donated by Sheridan County Commissioners and $50,000 Donated by Sheridan County Library Foundation. If you'd like to visit, the hours of operation are Mon. - Fri. 10am - 6 pm (closed Noon - 1 pm).

Thursday evening after recognizing the Lady Broncs Seniors (Haley King, Brianna Smith and Kayla Woodward) on "Senior Night" the Lady Broncs stumbled on the court and fell to the Lady Camels 74 - 59 to split the season with Campbell County. It was the Lady Broncs last regular home season game but they'll return home for the Class 4A East Region Tourney on March 3 - 5.

Under blue Wyoming skies the City of Sheridan Street Department was out in force Wednesday morning as a tandem team of "street washers" gave a clean sweep to Coffeen Avenue. The second truck is seen here crossing the Avoca Street/Sugarland Drive intersection heading south. Enjoy the good weather as the high Thursday will be in the 30's with a chance of snow.

These geese can be seen just off 5th Street between Highland and Greystone Avenues. Or if you want to see some singing farm animals, "Giggle, Giggle, Quack" by the Dallas Children's Theater will be at the WYO Theater Wednesday, February 16th at 7:00 pm where you can see a city-slicker in charge of a farm for a hilarious show.

Judging by the looks of Agnes and Dan Blaney's house - they must be wishing one-and-all a "Happy Valentine's Day."They are located at 1200 S. Thurmond so you'd better hurry by if you want to see it before the St. Patrick's Day stuff goes up.

The Sheridan Media petting zoo at the Winter Western held over the weekend at the Gillete Cam Plex.

The Sheridan College Chamber Choir performed in both Chambers of the Wyoming Legislature last Friday. Pictured, the students are on the floor of the Wyoming House of Representatives. The twelve singers are Sheridan College students from Wyoming and Montana.
