In what appeared to be a new event during the 32nd Annual Volunteers of America Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving was the Pumpkin Toss. Here 6-youngsters lined up and on signal launched their pumpkins to see who could throw their's the furtherest. At just after 10:00 am Thanksgiving morning Gene Sturlin, from Sheridan Media, with his left arm in the air signaled the start of the 32nd Annual Volunteers of America Turkey Trot in Kendrick Park.

This unusual cloud formation west of South Park on Thanksgiving morning conjured up many possible interpretations. One suggestion added to those above was that it looked like one of the "three-little-pigs" running to the right. What is your interpretation?

The 2012 All-State Football Selections by the Wyoming Coaches Association have been announced and Sheridan County has 10-players on the list. Death, love and vampires. Sheridan College No Frills Theater Company presents “Dracula” at the WYO Theater November 15-17 at 7:30 p.m. They will also present a special midnight performance Friday, November 16.
