Sheridan Lady Bronc Junior Jennae Fieldgrove pounds the ball past Cheyenne South's defender, Dani Noble, to beat the Lady Bison in game 4 - 25 to 21 Friday evening. After dropping the first game 25 - 20 the Lady Broncs came back an took the second 27 to 25 and 25 to 21 in the 3rd where Jennae also scored the final point.

If you're unable to catch your local high school football team in action this week-end you can still get into the "Hometown Spirit" by walking or driving by either or both the two First Federal Savings Bank locations (46 W. Brundage & 1695 Coffeen Ave.) and enjoy the football "clings" they have hung in the windows.

Midway through the first quarter Bronc Quaterback Kameron Eckard hit Tyler Kaufmann in the end zone for the first score Friday evening at Homer Scott Stadium in Sheridan. The Broncs never trailed to end up on top 26 to 10. For more photos visit: http://deerrungraphics.com

After keeping the ball and running for the first score less than 2-minutes into the game Big Horn Quarterback Connor McCafferty threw this touchdown pass to Senior Deven Ibach to make the score 13 to 0 with 8:35 to go in the 1st Quarter. The Rams never looked back as they went on to rout the Greybull Buffs 55 to 25 in the first home game of the season.

With this run Monday in Steer Roping, Rio Lohse turns in a 20.9 and a 67.9 on four to win the Don King Days Steer Roping Competition and take home the coveted Don King Days Buckle. Monday's action rounded out the 25th Anniversary of the Don Kings Day held at the Big Horn Equestrian Center. The Don King Days Cup is in the books and the winning team in white - Tito's - came out on top beating the Brewers in blue 6 to 4 to take home a coveted Don King Buckle. After the game the teams met on the field for awards and recognition.

If you want to get in on some hot horse shoeing competition there is still time. The action starts at 9:00 am Monday at the Big Horn Equestrian Center as part of Don King Days.
