Prior to the start of Friday evening's football game between the Sheridan Broncs and the Natrona County Mustangs the John Donald Garbutt Post 7 Honor Guard carried the colors onto the field for the singing of the National Anthem. Then at half time area veterans came out on the sidelines, lined up behind their respective service flag and were honored before the packed stadium crowd.

On their first play from scrimmage, after having stopped the Camels on their first drive, Bronc Senior Kameron Eckard hit Senior Daniel Sessions with a short pass that Daniel ran 67-yards into the end zone for the first score in the 35th Energy Bowl on Saturday in Gillette. The extra point kick by Bronc Nick Gill was good to make the score 7 - 0 just a minute and a half into the game.

Rain couldn't dampen the Sheridan High School Homecoming Pep Rally spirit on Grinnell Plaza Thursday evening. After recognizing the athletics of the fall sports teams it was time to burn the "Bronc" and that they did right in the middle of Grinnell Plaza. After that some dancing broke out in front of the stage as the students continued in the spirit of homecoming.
