Harlan Giese, 83, of Sheridan WY, passed away on Wednesday, March 11th, 2015 at Sheridan Manor in Sheridan, WY. Harlan was born on April 21st, 1931 in Zap, ND to parents William and Mary (Coutz) Giese. Harlan was a exceptional baseball pitcher in his youth playing for a variety of teams in North Dakota. He later moved to Bismarck where we worked as a Land Purchaser for MDU over 42 years.

Beth Garrison, 72, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015 at her residence.

Ellen Kretschman 63, one of God’s strongest soldiers was called to her forever home on March 12 2015.

Charles “Ed” Smith, 68, of Ranchester, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital with his family at his side.

Ed was born on November 4, 1946, in Sheridan, WY, to parents Charles H. “Chuck” and Anne (Kukuchka) Smith. He attended Tongue River High School where he played football. He married Becky Barker in 1975. They later divorced.

Mary Ann Evans, 86, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the Sheridan Manor. She was born on May 4, 1928, in Martin, SD, to parents Arthur and Zona (Ruleau) Skalinder. She married Kenneth Evans in Chadron, Nebraska, September 1952.

Mary Ann enjoyed crafts, tatting, crocheting, knitting, traveling, fishing and spending time with her family.

Emma Mae McCune, born on February 16th, 2015, was a precious gift that her parents Hidie Reeves and Nathan McCune of Sheridan, will forever cherish. Emma Mae was born in pain and passed in peace on March 8th, 2015. During her twenty short days on earth, she touched many lives, taught many lessons and was loved deeply by family and friends.
