Fern Lorraine Adsit Focht, 82, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 11, 1934, in Sheridan, WY, to parents Arthur and Bertha (Mooney) Nelson.

Fern grew up on Murphy Gulch and attended a one room school house on Murphy Gulch. She graduated from Big Horn High School.

Floyd England, of Sheridan, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Sheridan Manor. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 7, 1929 to Eddie and Gertrude England. Floyd was 87 years old at the time of his passing.

Dorothy Caroline Hinton Taylor passed away at home on March 18, 2016 at the age of 83. She was born April 10th, 1932 in Stockville, Nebraska. She was born to Avery Hinton and Ona Knight Hinton. She graduated from high school in Penrose, Colorado in 1950. She married Marvin Leroy Taylor June 30, 1950 and they had three sons.

Jane Woods, 94, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016, at the Green House Living. She was born on February 2, 1922, in Johnson City, NY, to parents George Francis and Madeline (Sendt) Devlin. She married Robert Woods on September 17, 1951, in Great Bend, PA.

Jane enjoyed gardening, homemaking, volunteering, fishing and crafts. She was a volunteer at the VA for 14 years.

Dean Sayer, 29, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at his residence.

Rusty was born on September 28, 1986, to Karen Novakovich and Garry Sayer in Sheridan, WY. He was raised in Sheridan. He worked in construction and was the owner of Rusty Nail Wood Flooring .

Jeff Ludemann-Davis, son of Mary Ludemann and Scott Davis died March 4, 2016 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. He had struggled with alcoholism for many years as an adult. It was this addiction that took his life. His journey to find his ultimate peace was found with his parents and “second Mom”, Carol Copeland at his side.
