Pauline J. Voss, 95, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016, at the Green House Living of Sheridan with her daughter and son in law by her side. She was born in Shepardsville, IN, on December 2, 1921, to parents Herschel and Rachel (Pruitt) Wallace. She was raised during the depression and often talked of selling tamales on street corners to make money for her family.

Russell S. Sullivan, 64, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Debra Jo Robinson, 62, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016, at her residence.

In the early hours of December 26th, our wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece and friend slipped quietly away from our arms after a hard fought and courageous battle with cancer. She was a strong, generous soul and will be greatly missed.

Thilda A. Haugen, 103, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at the Sheridan Manor.

Thilda was born on January 24, 1913 to Arthur and Lina (Warstad) Skalet in Thief River Falls, MN. She was the oldest of eight children. She attended 16 J School through eighth grade. She was confirmed at Ebenezer Church.

On December 19, 2016, our beloved father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend went to be with the love of his life. Gilbert Alger Powers born May 8, 1928 in the Grandad Cossitt house at Quietus, Montana to Jennie Atkinson Powers and Phineas Wesley Powers (Phin) of Bear Creek. Gil was the last of the children born to Jennie and Phin.
