Richard Lee Benbo, 48, passed away on November 12, 2016, due to a long term illness.

Virginia “Ginger” L. Nelson, of Sheridan, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 66 years, 20 days old. She was born to parents Leon and Reva (Kraus) Nichols on October 21, 1950, in Cedar Rapids, NE. They moved to Cozad where Ginger later graduated from High School in 1968.

Richard White, 71, of Sheridan, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hosptial.

Walter DeWayne Corbin, 61, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016, at his residence.
Services with Military Honors will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016, at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery in Casper, WY.

Norma M. Goodman, 87, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016, at the Westview Health Care Center. She was born on February 15, 1929, in Lost Springs, WY, to parents Arthur Carl and Schrelda (Pennington) Meinzer.

Judy Olson, director of COPE, “Counseling in Overcoming Painful Emotions”, will be starting a nine week program sponsored by Kane Funeral Home. COPE is an aftercare program designed to help deal with overcoming the loss of a loved one and gain support from others in the community experiencing the same type of grief.

Robert E. Hogarth, Jr., 86, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at the Sheridan Manor.

Maribeth Harrison Rose, 95, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at the St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, MT. She was born on September 10, 1921, in Omaha, NE, to parents William Henry and Mary Elizabeth (Newton) Harrison.
