The search is on for a new president for the state’s only university.

A popular campground in the Big Horn Mountains is set to reopen in less than a week. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the story.

U.S. Senator Mike Enzi of Wyoming is encouraging students and graduates to apply for a fall internship in his Washington D.C. office. According to a news release from Senator Enzi’s office, applicants should have achieved at least sophomore status at an accredited university or college.

Friends and colleagues turned out for a reception Wednesday night in honor of Dr. David Schultz, who is retiring after 32 years as an anesthesiologist in Sheridan.

Sheridan Memorial Hospital will spend just under $84 million in the fiscal year that starts next week, but net revenues are expected to total almost $85.4 million for the year.

Leadership Johnson County has graduated 18 community members in its inaugural class in ceremonies held last month at the Bomber Mountain Civic Center in Buffalo.
