With the help of two volunteers, equine therapist Krystal Raley demonstrated how she uses horses in her therapy work at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds Sunday.

The lawn around the one-time home of Chicago businessman Bradford Brinton was dotted with artists Saturday morning as memberx of the Northwest Rendezvous Group participated in the Quick Draw at the Brinton Museum in Big Horn.

UPDATE -- The Hog Hunnies took first place in the women’s division, and the Honda Hogs finished first among the men’s teams in this year’s pig-wrestling competition. The Sizzlin Bacon took first for the intermediate division, and the Pork Choppers finished first among the Pee Wee teams. The event was held Saturday night during the Sheridan County Fair.

The Sheridan County Fair welcomed new exhibitors and new quality to the show ring on Saturday. Contestants braced their lambs and showed them off in preparation for the livestock sale in the crowd favorite sheep show that evening.

The anticipation of the first ever Sheridan County Fair Farmer’s Market is over. The event came together smoothly Friday evening, as multiple local vendors set up shop near the Exhibit Hall.

Forty-six artists from the Northwest Rendezvous Group are in Big Horn this weekend for the Big Horn Rendezvous at the Brinton Museum.
