A student from Sheridan has been chosen as one of the 104 delegates to the 53rd annual United States Senate Youth Program scheduled for March in Washington, D.C. Her name is Elizabeth Winnop. The announcement was made jointly by Wyoming's U.S. Senators Mike Enzi and John Barrasso.
