Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on July 1, 1915.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol, at the request of the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, is investigating a fatal crash that occurred Monday night around 9:30 on Fairview Road, five miles southeast of Gillette.

A local child safety seat technician said both the seat and the child must be strapped in correctly. Sheridan Media’s Leslie Stratmoen has the report.

Republican U.S. Senator Mike Enzi of Wyoming issued a statement Monday, regarding the day’s Supreme Court decision requiring the EPA to consider the costs of the regulations it imposes on power plants.

The Appropriations Committee of the Wyoming Legislature met for two days last week in Cheyenne. State Senator Bruce Burns of Sheridan is a member of the committee, and says that declining revenues was a topic of concern.
