The thirty-third annual session of the Sheridan city schools will open on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

After five days of surviving in the Big Horn Mountains with no food, water or shelter, the missing couple from Sheridan is “doing extremely well,” according to Johnson County Sheriff Steve Kozisek.

Sheridan County commissioners this week approved conditional use permits for a new cell tower, continued operation of a second tower, and construction of additional retail space for an antiques business.
