Buffalo's City Council, at their last meeting, approved Police Chief Jason Carder to accept an alcohol compliance check and a tobacco compliance check grant in the amount of $3,400 each.
The grants were made available through WASCOP, or the Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police organization.

Johnson County's Commissioners approved payment of just over $835,000 in vouchers during their last regular meeting.

The Buffalo Trap and Skeet Club will be offering one final sight-in day for hunters to prepare their rifles for their hunt coming up this Tuesday, October 13th at the Buffalo Outdoor Shooting Range.
