Crews renovating the old Hallmark Building in downtown Sheridan found a space on the building's northeast corner where a time capsule was originally supposed to be.

State Sen. Dave Kinskey's proposed constitutional amendment, Senate Joint Resolution 9, passed the Senate last week and has gone to Wyoming's House of Representatives.
