Sheridan County School District 2 trustees approved several changes and transfers of staff Wednesday morning following a special meeting and executive session of the board.

On Thursday, Story Elementary School will host their annual Fall Festival and Chili Cook-Off at the school. According to the Schools Secretary, Dylan Branson, the festival is open to all of Sheridan County.

Local musicians, Nashville songwriters, and Grammy-nominated performers played to a packed house Saturday evening in Buffalo to help the Occidental Hotel celebrate 10 years of their Thursday night jams, and to raise money for their memorial scholarship fund.
