Power outages that plagued Montana-Dakota Utility customers in Sheridan County for most of Wednesday were repaired by Wednesday night, and the National Weather Service discontinued a high wind warning for the area.

The first flight for Sheridan’s restored commercial air service is scheduled for takeoff, today. In celebration of the event, a party has been planned to launch the restart. The event will be held from 11-1 today at the Sheridan County Airport terminal.

Power was restored to all Montana-Dakota Utility customers in Sheridan by shortly before noon today, but three customers in the Story area and two around Goose Lane remained without electricity.
