Sheridan County commissioners canceled nearly $1,600 in insufficient checks owed to county offices during their meeting this morning.

In advance of commercial air service being restored this week in Sheridan, the president of the critical air service team, known as CAST, that’s making the arrangements for its return, provided details about the service during a recent Public Pulse show.

The Kearns and Amsden Creek wildlife habitat management areas in the Big Horn Mountains are now closed.

The college president responded by saying that it was a relatively small part of the budget.

So, he said, it is a significant change, for some.
