A horse training couple from Sheridan found themselves in the winners circle this month.

A holiday dinner and meeting planned by the Sheridan County Historical Society will be held Thursday night, Dec. 5, at the Sheridan Center. The event begins at 5:30, with a silent auction to benefit the Sheridan County Museum.

A work session has been planned for Sheridan County School District 1.
