Northeast Wyoming has certainly experienced its share of severe weather so far this year, as recent thunderstorms have caused plenty of damage by producing large hail, high winds and heavy rain that's resulted in flash flooding.

Beginning July 1st and running throughout the entire month, the Sheridan County Library Mezzanine will be home to the paintings of Dayton resident Sonja Caywood. The display is entitled “Sign of the Times: Advertising and Architecture of Yesterday”.

Longtime director and curator of museum education of the Sheridan County Museum Nathan Doerr has moved on and left some pretty big shoes to fill. Iterim Director Sarah Ligocki says that she hopes to continue what Doerr started.
