The Northeast Wyoming Sage Grouse Working Group will meet next Tuesday, September 10th in Buffalo at the Johnson County Fire Hall.

The meeting will begin at 9:30am at the Fire Hall located at 790 Volunteer Lane, just off the North Bypass Road.

The Sheridan County Commission approved consideration of a new floodplain management plan, granted a transfer of a liquor license for a new business and heard a proposal for pari-mutual wagering on horse racing during Tuesday’s regular meeting at the courthouse.

The Bureau of Land Management announced that the Buffalo Field Office and the Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp will be partnering for a rehabilitation project on the Mallo Trail this month.

A trail crew will begin deferred maintenance the week of September 16th-20th.
