After eight months of investigation, an arrest in the burglary of the Hospital Pharmacy in Sheridan's downtown district was made on Monday. 26-Year-old Kyle Logan Fearnow of Sheridan was arrested for his involvement in the May 30 burglary of the pharmacy on Main Street.

Attorneys for Frank Claybaugh, accused of stealing and slaughtering a steer, have introduced evidence that the crime, if it did happen, did not happen in Sheridan County.
