Local author Craig Johnson signed books and talked about books, book tours and his newest release, “The Highwayman,” in the Sheridan Fulmer Library Inner Circle Saturday afternoon.

The Northern Wyoming Community College District board of trustees will hold a public hearing on the district's one-mill property tax levy at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

21-year-old Dylan Dygert and 26-year-old Jacob Olson, both Sheridan residents, had their initial appearance in Sheridan County Circuit Court Friday afternoon. A $20,000 cash only bond was set for both Olson and Dygert.

The Sheridan Artist Guild Et Al, better known as SAGE, has acquired a permanent location at the newly renovated Montgomery Building across from the WYO Theater in downtown Sheridan.

A meet-the-artist reception will be held starting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Frackelton's Restaurant to introduce Victoria Golab and her painting, “Miene Perfektion”.

The Sheridan office of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department will host the "Coffee with the Game Warden" event Saturday morning.
