A re-sentencing hearing for 20-year-old Dharminder Vir Sen was held in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan Thursday. Sen was convicted of First Degree Murder for the 2009 home invasion killing of Robert Ernst of Sheridan and was sentenced to life in prison without parole in 2010.
