A request to replat over 15,000 square feet, from four lots into two lots at 532 South Brooks Street was given a recommendation of denial to the city council by the planning commission this week.

This year’s Suds n’ Spurs Brewfest, a fundraiser for the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce, will be held at Whitney Commons Park in Sheridan from 3 to 8 Saturday, August 29. The last several years, the event had been held at Whitney Plaza.

The City of Sheridan Planning Commission recommended denial to the City Council, a request for approval of a master plan and rezoning for 14.2 acres as a Planned Unit Development, located southwest of Woodland Park Road and Highway 87.
