A high-speed car chase ended in a 31-year-old Sheridan man's arrest after he crashed his car into a light pole on Bellevue and Loucks Streets while trying to elude police early Saturday morning.

(Updated with memorial service information)- A 19-year-old Sheridan College student died from the results of her injuries sustained in an accidental rock climbing fall Sunday afternoon near the Red Grade Road, Bear Gulch trail area, according to information from the Sheridan County Sheriff's Office.
