The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has finally signed the lease agreement between themselves and Johnson County for water rights in Lake DeSmet to protect the fishery and recreation there.

While the members of the Tongue River Valley Joint Powers Board wait for money from the state to help build a natural gas pipeline to the towns of Ranchester and Dayton, the Sheridan County Commission is lending support to move the plan forward.
