Pack Fire Update
According to a news release from the National Forest Service, firefighters held the Pack Fire to five acres yesterday (Friday). The fire is burning in timber in rough terrain about 10 miles north of Burgess Junction.

Filing starts next month for candidates seeking positions on Sheridan County's three school boards, the college district and the Sheridan County Conservation District.
