The new Sheridan Health Center opened its doors in its new location as of Monday. Also this week, the Sheridan County Commissioners approved a lease agreement in the amount of one dollar per year.

Elected officials representing Dayton, Ranchester, Clearmont, Sheridan and Sheridan County met Monday afternoon to discuss renewing the Capital Facilities Tax this November. In 2009, Sheridan County voters passed the Cap Tax with almost 70 percent of the vote in favor of the renewal.
