The unanimously-elected new chair is Commissioner Tom Ringley.

Monday night's Dayton Town Council found incumbent Mayor Bob Wood and incumbent Councilman Bob Alley sworn into office, along with new Councilor Dennis Wagner.

WYOMING NEWS SERVICE, Laramie, WY – The dead of winter in Wyoming inspires some to pack their bags for the southern climes and become “snow birds” as a means to escape the short days and cold temperatures.

The newly elected Sheridan County officials were sworn in during a brief ceremony in the 4th Judicial District Courtroom Monday morning. Prior to the swearing in, Judge John Fenn told those gathered.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Matt Mead is set to be sworn into office as the 32nd governor of Wyoming. Mead, a 48-year-old Republican, will be sworn in Monday morning at the Cheyenne Civic Center. A reception will follow at the Wyoming Capitol.

The Sheridan Artists' Guild, et al, or SAGE, recently moved into the Historic Train Depot located at 201 East 5th Street and will be using it as a Community Art Center.
