Volunteers of America Northern Rockies held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Penrose Place, a 15-unit HUD 202 PRAC subsidized, apartment complex for low-income seniors aged 62 or over who meet income requirements. VOA Executive Director Jeff Holsinger.

African Violet Show, Sale Today

Last Call at Sheridan High School

Every two years a Last Call Drill is conducted at Sheridan High School that depicts a mock vehicle accident as a result of drinking and driving. The exercise is done just prior to Prom to remind students that drinking and driving is always the wrong decision.

Putting it All Together

Kindergartners from Henry A. Coffeen Elementary School in Sheridan donned orange aprons for an hour Thursday as part of Home Depot's Kids Workshop. Representatives from Home Depot were on hand, along with the kids parents, to help teach their little ones how to build organizers and picture frames.
