The lawn around the one-time home of Chicago businessman Bradford Brinton was dotted with artists Saturday morning as memberx of the Northwest Rendezvous Group participated in the Quick Draw at the Brinton Museum in Big Horn.

UPDATE -- The Hog Hunnies took first place in the women’s division, and the Honda Hogs finished first among the men’s teams in this year’s pig-wrestling competition. The Sizzlin Bacon took first for the intermediate division, and the Pork Choppers finished first among the Pee Wee teams. The event was held Saturday night during the Sheridan County Fair.

Forty-six artists from the Northwest Rendezvous Group are in Big Horn this weekend for the Big Horn Rendezvous at the Brinton Museum.

81-year-old Della Works has lived in Casper for 53 years and Friday morning she participated in the Wyoming Senior Olympic 10k run. That is a 6.2 mile long race that many 20-year-olds would struggle to complete.

The Wyoming Senior Olympics in Sheridan have brought competitors from all over the country including a couple from Southern California. Suzette and James Lee came to compete in the 100 meter race and singles bowling respectively.

As part of Sheridan County Fair, the first livestock show of the week began at 5:30 pm with the Hog Show. Thursday was filled with many horse events and the weigh in and preparation of livestock, but crowds particularly gathered around the show ring that evening.
