The Johnson County Commissioners held a public workshop on Wednesday to discuss the proposed lease of water in Lake DeSmet by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.

Many in northeast Wyoming will take to the Bighorn Mountains this weekend for the Labor Day holiday. The fire danger remains extremely high on the Bighorn National Forest, which has prompted forest officials to offer a reminder to anyone looking to spend some time on the mountain.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Defense attorneys are asking a federal judge to postpone the September trial of a man accused of killing his grandmother, cousin and cousin's boyfriend on Montana's Crow Indian Reservation. The request was filed Tuesday.
