A major push is underway to change the rules of the U.S. Senate, particularly as it relates to the use of the filibuster.

In the wake of the tragic shooting massacre in Connecticut, the debate over the Second Amendment is raging. On Friday, a Texas man created a petition on the White House's official website to deport CNN's Piers Morgan for "targeting the Second Amendment" in a recent debate with Larry Pratt, Executive Director of Gun Owners of America.

U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis, a Wyoming Republican, recently voted against the renewal of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2013. House Resolution 4310 was ultimately passed by the House in a vote of 315 to 107. Sheridan Media's Chris Foy has the story.
