Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead is seeking a presidential disaster declaration in response to recent flooding in Johnson and Niobrara counties.

Buffalo High School sophomore Ashlyn Braley was crowned as “Miss Junior Teen Wyoming United States” this past spring, and will now move on to the national competition in Washington, D.C. this month to compete against 49 other girls representing their states for the title of “Miss Junior Teen United States.”
